Get to know Carlos Solano-Jimenez, Sales Representative.
Q: How long have you been at Son-Aero?
Carlos: I’ve worked at Son-Aero for over four years. I started in document control and have helped in many areas over the years.
Q: What life experience do you think has helped you grow in your role at Son-Aero?
Carlos: I’ve had multiple life experiences that have shaped me but the greatest lesson came from one mentor who told me, “Don’t look for problems, look for solutions.” That saying has always stayed with me and has led me to become a Sales Representative.
Q: When it comes to the company values of Excellence, Respect, and Integrity if you had to pick only one that speaks to you most which would it be?
Carlos: If I had to pick a core value that stands out from the core values of the company it would be integrity. Integrity really speaks to me because it goes beyond the work place, and it really cuts down to the core of a person. At its purest essence, I work to make sure that integrity is part of my everyday life and that is why it stands out more than the other values.
Q: What’s your favorite part of your new position?
Carlos: My favorite part of my new role is the communication needed to succeed. I enjoy clear communication.
