President’s Message: Thankfulness Year-Round

I was asked the other day what I was most grateful for. As I thought about it, I recognized that I am grateful for many things in my life. I know family is at the top of my list; but I am also thankful for my friends, my job, my faith, the country I live in and many other items.

When I thought more about my work, the thing that stood out the most were co-workers. It is not so much the company, or the compensation received, but the people I work with every day that make my job so enjoyable.

At Sonfarrel Aerospace LLC, we have worked hard to make sure we have the highest quality individuals on our team. We do not just look for the skills and experience someone possesses, but we take a good look at a person’s character. This is what helps to build a great work environment, having individuals who have integrity, and work at pursuing excellence and respecting others.

I believe that reflection on how blessed we are should not just be a once a year ritual, but a daily activity. I and the whole Son-Aero team wish you and yours a great Thanksgiving Holiday.
