Doing the Right Thing Pays Off

During our holiday break, I spent some time thinking about Son-Aero’s first year in business. We have come so far in such a short while since our changeover on October 3rd, 2018. The company turnaround is a testament to all of our employees’ hard work. The transition has brought our team closer and we are now all single-minded in our pursuit of excellence. Our entire team is dedicated to producing quality products, delivered on time while conducting business with honesty, integrity, and respect for our customers, the environment, and each other.

That mission is what drives me daily. I am encouraged to hear feedback from our customers telling us how much our communication and performance has improved since we started the transition. Every day, our motto of “Do the Right Thing” is paying off in terms of changing the perception of our company.

Our employees share that they now love coming to work and being part of the positive atmosphere, as well as seeing the improvements and the investments going back into the company.

Our customers see the new machinery and the new technology on our shop floor, but more importantly, they see our talented employees, who are an essential part of our success.

Our strategic planning is starting to take hold. With big plans in motion, 2020 will be the best year this company has ever seen. We are all part of our strategic plan and we will only be successful if we execute at the highest level in all areas of our business.

Today Son-Aero is a strong competitor in the aerospace manufacturing industry, but we have a long way to go, and we won’t stop until we reach our goals. We look forward to working with all of you, exceeding your expectations, and delivering upon our promises, this year, and for many more to come.
