Team Member Spotlight: Jose Garcia

Get to know Jose Garcia, Rubber Department Manager.

Q: How long have you been at Son-Aero?

Jose:  I joined Son-Aero rubber department in January, 2014.

Q: What experiences do you think have helped you grow in your role at Son-Aero?

Jose: Management is very supportive to our needs, provides updates on present and future company goals. All of this inspires employees to work hard as a team.

Q: When it comes to the company values of Excellence, Respect, and Integrity if you had to pick only one that speaks to you most which would it be?

Jose: Respect. I take my responsibilities at Son-Aero very seriously. I respect all of my co-workers at Son-Aero.

Q: What’s your favorite part of your new position?

Jose: I get to work hands-on on new tasks, including developing and providing ideas for new sealing and tooling. I like to share my knowledge with my fellow employees and co-workers.
